- Oscillating tools use high-frequency accessory movement for controlled work with minimal vibration and without the recoil associated with rotary cutting. Other accessories in the YATO range support cutting, plunge cutting, mortar and adhesive removal, and paint scraping; these are not functions of this sanding pad.
