Shipping Policy

Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Dispatch times are shown on each product page. In-stock items normally dispatch within 1 business day. Other products may show 2–3, 3–5 or 5–10 business days, including items available to order.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Dispatch time is separate from transit time. The transit estimates below start after dispatch. For orders containing products with different lead times, please contact us to confirm the delivery schedule.

Domestic Shipping — Hungary

  • Orders below HUF 12,000: HUF 1,500 shipping charge.
  • Orders of HUF 12,000 or more: Free shipping.
  • Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping — European Union

We ship to all EU member countries. Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds depend on the destination zone.

EU Zone 1

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Germany, Croatia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia.

  • Orders below €100: €10 shipping charge.
  • Orders of €100 or more: Free shipping.
  • Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

EU Zone 2

Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Malta.

  • Orders below €200: €25 shipping charge.
  • Orders of €200 or more: Free shipping.
  • Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Carriers

We ship orders via GLS or UPS.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@periplusmro.com, including your order number and details of the problem. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs and VAT

Shipments within the EU are free from customs duties. Product prices include VAT at the applicable rate for your destination country, unless a VAT exemption applies to your purchase.
