TG machine reamers feature hardened HSS construction, precision-ground cutting edges and a straight round shank, with 19 cutting diameters available from 2 to 18 mm plus 20 mm. Designed for machine reaming of existing holes in stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium alloy and mould steel, each diameter option is sold as one piece.

Selection Guide

Match the nominal diameter: Select the reamer size for the required finished hole diameter. Available sizes are Ø2–Ø18 mm and Ø20 mm.
Check the H7 range: Compare the size-specific range in the table with the tolerance required by your drawing or process.
Confirm working length: Check cutting length against the depth of the hole and overall length against machine clearance.
Check the machine setup: Confirm the shank and holder are compatible, secure the workpiece, and follow the machine or tooling supplier’s cutting-condition guidance.
Plan the hole operation: A reamer is selected for finishing a suitably prepared hole; choose a separate tool for the initial hole-making operation.
