Operating Guidance
- Select the drilling speed according to the workpiece material and use a lower speed for harder metals.
- Keep the cutter perpendicular to the workpiece and begin cutting with slow, controlled feed pressure.
- Use suitable cutting fluid for cooling and lubrication, particularly during continuous cutting.
- Keep the drill rotating while withdrawing the cutter from the completed hole.
