Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Hungary) We offer free shipping on all orders over HUF 12,000. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping (European Union)

We ship to all EU member countries. Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds vary by destination zone:

• EU Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and neighbouring countries): €10.00 flat rate — free on orders over €100 · 1–2 business days
• EU Zone 2 (Denmark, Finland, France, and other EU countries): €25.00 flat rate — free on orders over €200 · 3–5 business days

Carrier We ship all orders via GLS or UPS.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier website.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at your earliest convenience by sending a claim to our contact email. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Duties All shipments within the EU are free from customs duties. VAT is included in the product price depending on your country of residence.
